This set includes everything you see here.  Each design can be done in one hooping, and will all fit the 5x7 hoop.  I will also send you the Doll, Bear, and Dress in a 150x240 hoop size so you can do thoose 3 in a single hooping. 
The Dolly has a stiched on bikini, (not on the back of the doll)
The Teddy is about 2 "
The Dress is done in the hoop, and is a full dress with a back.
Sleeping bag is fully lined, padding and all.
Would be cute in the summer to make a beach towel for her to go with,
